In July 2024, Stephen B. Moffitt took the helm as President and CEO, bringing a dynamic new vision to Mottco’s enduring foundation. We are proud to confirm that founder Ron Mott remains with the company as a key consultant, ensuring our deep history and operational expertise are seamlessly carried into this new era.


A proud Native Austinite, Stephen provides the company with over 25 years of proven executive leadership from his extensive career, which includes high-level management roles (including General Manager and VP) in fast-paced industries.


As a military veteran, Stephen’s disciplined approach to strategic growth has already yielded significant results, successfully pivoting Mottco to target high-value commercial projects alongside our traditional residential base. Under his leadership, Mottco is focused on operational excellence and expanding our service offerings while maintaining the quality our customers expect.
