President and CEO
Stephen B. Moffitt is the President and CEO of Mottco Roofing & Construction, leading the company's strong legacy established in 1985. A proud native Austinite, Stephen took the helm in July 2024, bringing over 25 years of proven leadership from executive roles in high-growth industries.
His expertise lies in driving multi-million-dollar sales, strategic market pivots (like expanding Mottco into commercial roofing), and fostering lasting client relationships.
As a military veteran, Stephen’s commitment to service is a core value of Mottco. This dedication extends through his 501(c)(3) non-profit, Troops Need Roofs, which provides free roof replacements to U.S. military veterans and Gold Star Families, embodying Mottco’s commitment to community impact and superior integrity.
Outside of his business, Stephen is married to Holly and is proud of his son, Stephen M. Moffitt, who is currently attending college. He stays active by playing soccer and serving as a certified Krav Maga instructor.
Ron Mott

Customer Relations
As Customer Relations for Mottco Roofing and Construction, Holly Ardoin drives internal operations and organizational efficiency, ensuring the company's daily functions align with its strategic vision.
Holly brings a robust professional background spanning over two decades, specializing in client management, meticulous operations, and financial administration. Her extensive experience includes nearly ten years as a Chiropractic Assistant, where she managed all aspects of clinic operations, including complex insurance billing and benefit verification, patient accounts using Chirotouch software, and strict HIPAA compliance. This background has equipped her with exceptional skills in customer service, detailed account handling, and streamlined administrative processes.
Holly is married to CEO Stephen B. Moffitt, and together they are dedicated to the company's mission and growth. Outside of work, she balances her demanding schedule by prioritizing wellness; she enjoys running, practicing yoga, and traveling.
Josue Perez Bautista

Josue Perez Bautista is a cornerstone of the Mottco Roofing & Construction team, serving as a highly valued Foreman. His deep commitment to quality and craftsmanship is evidenced by his two decades of continuous service with the company, representing half of Mottco's 40+ years of operational history in the Austin metro area.
As a Foreman, Josue is responsible for leading on-site crews, ensuring all projects—from complex commercial installations to detailed residential roof replacements—are executed to the highest standards. His extensive experience ensures that every job is completed safely, efficiently, and with the top-quality materials Mottco Roofing is known for.

Joshua Carter
Operations Manager
